Dear Academicians,

The iTthenticate program has moved to its new interface (iTthenticate 2.0) as of July 12, 2025. In order for our academics who already have an account to log in to the new interface with their existing accounts, an invitation message will be sent from noreply@turnitin.com. It is important that you accept/activate the invitation for the migration process to be completed more easily. The invitation email is valid for thirty (30) days.

Existing active accounts and documents will be migrated to the new interface.

Which user data will not be migrated?

• Users who have not logged in within the last two years and whose accounts contain no posting records,
• Duplicate accounts that have not posted anything,
• Deactivated users who have no posts,
• Deleted posts,
• Posts that have not been indexed or for which similarity reports have not been generated.
