The ACM Open Agreement, based on the “Read and Publish” model for the Association of Computing Machinery (ACM) Digital Library database, will continue in 2025.

In this context, the publications you will make as a responsible author in ACM Digital Library content will be published as open access without paying the Article Processing Charge (APC). Institutional e-mail address should be used for article submissions.

The agreement covers all peer-reviewed ACM journals, conference proceedings and magazines listed. There will be no limit to the number of articles to be published.

As part of the ACM Open agreement, institutions with a subscription to ACM Digital Library during the license period are allowed to upload full text of all research articles published with at least one affiliated author to their institutional repository. Whether or not this article is published as open access, the full text of the article is sent and can be added to the institutional repository. For this reason, it is important that you inform our Library after the acceptance of your publications in ACM Digital Library.
